Colleen Torell is a career management consultant, advising executives, managers, and professional individual contributors from a wide range of industries through their career transitions. Colleen also leads the Keystone Partners Legal Practice and offers specialized career management solutions for attorneys and legal professionals at all levels. Colleen is a frequent presenter, appearing before MCLE, the Boston Security Analysts Society, Harvard Law School, MIT Sloan Boston Alumni Association, and the Boston Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. She has also published articles on Thomson Reuters, Global Legal Post and Legal Management Magazine. Colleen joined Keystone from law firm Choate, Hall, & Stewart, where she was Director of Legal Recruiting and Senior Manager of Professional Development. Prior to that, she was a career counselor at Boston University School of Law. Earlier in her career, Colleen was a litigator at the firm of Massery & Gillis. She is a CPI Master Career Transition Consultant.
